First high tea back in Hong Kong, pretty much a last minute decision. Well, it was a bit foggy that day, so wasn’t a big pity we didn’t get to sit near the window side. I would definitely return just for the view and the fab ambiance. A side of the menu also provides a short history of Afternoon tea : It actually comes from 17th century, in honor of Queen Catherine making “tea” a fashionable drinks in courtiers.
One weekend afternoon in September, My friend and I decided to have afternoon tea in this quiet cafe. I have wanted to write a blog about it and finally here it is. It wasn’t too easy to find this place, since it is hidden behind Takooli Sanlitun North part if you come from that side. I wish I would have discovered this place earlier,definitely a great place for besties to hangout and chit-chat.
Peking duck again! This might be the third time having Peking duck within two months. (Coz you are addicted to it!) Friends gathering and we literally ordered a table of dishes and managed the finished all of them, just the four of us. So how’s the taste of the food, its pretty clear now.
