  1. Too Faced: Retractable Kabuki BrushSONY DSC

After doing an extensive research online, I found this incredible brush with the softest and silkiest hair that I’ve ever used (no wonder coz it’s made from cruelty-free Teddy Bear Hair and it’s vegan-friendly!) ! I no longer need to put up with hair falling off from my brush and sticking on my face when I’m applying the powder. Another thing that I like about it is that it is retractable and it comes with a lid which makes it hygienic and more durable.

2. Dream: Organic Sprouted Rice Dream

Recently I’ve been drinking rice milk again. When I was living at home my mom used to have a ton of rice milk at home, so I’d drink a lot of it instead of milk. I don’t think I can completely give up on milk and dairy products but I want to slowly reduce my milk intake with rice or almond milk. Honestly I really enjoy the taste and how well it works as a substitution for milk. There is a Spanish rice milk brand that I love but I don’t remember the name of it and can’t find it in NYC, but this unsweetened organic sprouted rice milk also tastes good.

3. Francine Jay: The Joy Of Less

I love reading anything related to simplify living and decluttering. The author takes us through the decluttering process step by step, which makes it less complicated and totally doable. If you want to kick off the new year with a clean, clutter-free room, apartment, closet….. I highly recommend this book!

4. Common Good: All Purpose Glass Bottle Spray – Lavender

I am in love with Common Good and their products. I had previously tried their lavender hand soap and liked the scent a lot (very mild,) so when I saw this all purpose spray that comes in a glass bottle on sale I didn’t hesitate. I like their concept as a company which you can check it out here. Their products are made with 100% pure essential oil and are free of any nasty harsh chemicals. Most importantly I found them work just as effective!

5. Miss Tea: SereniTea

I stumbled across this at the Union Square Holiday Market last December. Their cute packaging really caught my eye. I decided to go with their SereniTea (passion flower & lavender blend) as I was actually looking for lavender tea. I love how it’s aromatic and calming. I love to drink it at night as it is caffeine free. They have refill pouches so you can reuse the jar. It’s gluten free and organic!
