Brunch @ St. Betty

Another sunny saturday weekend, missing american brunch and the cozy lazy summer days.  I discovered this restaurant couple weeks ago while I walked by. The Catchy lamps caught my eye while I was on the escalator, can’t stop looking in the restaurant. Love the wooden ceiling. The homey feeling reminds me of David Burke’s Kitchen!

And Yes! It has an absolutely unbeatable view as well. Overlooking the Victoria harbor and Kowloon, what could be better than this? The Chef of St.Betty- Shane Osborn was a two star michelin chef in London. The quality of the food can well be said. A glass of fresh juice is necessary to start the brunch, that’s how you cleanse and ready for some healthy food.

Left: Fresh Orange Juice/ Right: Raw Juice (Carrot, cucumber, tomato, orange, apple)

Highly recommend the Raw Juice! Freshly made like those at juice bars.

Eggs Benedict with homemade smoked salmon

I ordered my all time favorite brunch- Benedict! Well made! The toast was just the right crisp. IMG_1955

Yuzu and lemon posset, raspberry and yoghurt ice cream & white chocolate tuile

Dreamy bubble baby pink foam in a clear glass ❤ ! After I first tried Yuzu dessert in NYC, it has became my favorite flavor. Tasty, exotic yet not too sweet.

The service here is impeccable as well ! Reservation is highly recommended for brunching in weekends.
