Basta Pasta

I tried Sea Urchin pasta when I visited Hong Kong last summer. It was at the three-star Michelin restaurant- Joël Robuchon.

When a friend told me about Basta Pasta, and that it also has the same dish, that night I went to try it. I have gone back many times ever since.

It is situated in Flatiron. A quaint spot for me to have dinner after work. It is Japanese fusion Italian cuisine. Make sure you also try the carbonara pasta. The sauce is freshly prepared from a giant parmesan.
